The following terms of payment apply for bookings
Payment/down payment of 100% of the total amount at the time of booking. (Without payment we cannot reserve your room.)

Cancellation fee
40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival
70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival
90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival

Note: Our General Terms and Conditions apply. Room cleaning on request with extra charge. Final cleaning is carried out after your departure. On request we offer further cleaning services (vacuum-cleaning, dusting, washing dishes) for an additional charge. On hot summer days we provide two fans per apartment (no air conditioning).
